Administrative / Clerical Assistant


Our Administrative/Clerical positions range from entry level support roles to executive support of a C-level Manager.  These positions require at least 1-2 years of experience based on the level of support needed, professional demeanor, excellent communication skills and are located in the North Houston (Beltway) to Conroe areas.

What You Will Do

  • Support management with all administrative duties
  • Heavy use of advanced level MS Office
  • Draft correspondence, email correspondence and other formal documents
  • Answer phones and greet customers and visitors
  • Calendar management
  • All other support duties


  • Must have at least one (1) plus year of experience (depending on support level) working in a professional office setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • Practical experience in a professional office environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including handwriting, grammar and diction
  • Proactive, detailed, organized and efficient
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Reliable, Punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Team player with a willingness to learn

Physical Demand

  • General sitting and standing required within an office environment
  • Prolonged use of computer
  • Bending, sitting, standing to file
  • Occasionally lift less than 10 pounds
