Administrative Assistant/Clerical

Overview

Our Administrative/Clerical positions range from entry level support roles to executive support of a C-level Manager.  These positions require at least 1-2 years of experience based on the level of support needed, professional demeanor, excellent communication skills (bilingual sometime required) and are located in the Greater Houston areas; Northwest and Northeast Houston, Beltway, 290, 249 to Sugarland and surrounding.


What You Will Do

  • Draft correspondence and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Assist with purchasing materials
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
  • Manufacturing/shop industry experience preferred

Physical Demands

  • Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
  • Regularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlessly
  • Frequently bend to file and maintain files
  • Occasionally lift 5-10 pounds
